formed PK Management, LLC to provide a full range of property and asset management
services to oversee all of its projects. GHC’s Chief
Operating Officer, Mr. Robert Kriensky oversees all of the
in-house and third party management operations and works with
on-site property management staff to ensure that resident
concerns are addressed and building systems are maintained
at the high standard required by GHC and its investors.
PK Management, LLC (PKM) Is a nationwide management company with a diverse portfolio. While specializing in Section 8 affordable housing properties and LIHTC Tax Credit properties, PKM also manages conventional properties, a luxury hotel, and a golf course and country club. Robert Kriensky
is the founder of PK Management. In addition to being
a California licensed Real Estate Broker, and a CPM, Mr. Kriensky
is a registered HUD broker, and Coldwater Management’s
Section 504 Fair Housing Coordinator.
