GH Capital also acquired the 3,000 acre master planned community known as the Rams Hill Country Club in Borrego Springs, CA and is redeveloping into a first class destination resort and country club known as Montesoro. The project will include over 1,000 new homes, 2 golf courses (the first Tom Fazio course is under construction), spa, fitness, and a 100 room boutique hotel.
