GH Capital formed PK Management, LLC (PKM) to provide a full range of property and asset management services to oversee all of its projects. While specializing in Section 8 affordable housing properties and LIHTC Tax Credit properties, PKM also manages conventional properties, a luxury hotel, and a golf course and country club. The Company employs over 350 employees nationwide.
 
Coldwater Construction
In 2003, GH Capital formed Coldwater Construction to provide construction services for GH Capital’s residential properties. The management team includes seasoned professionals with more than 30 years experience in architecture, construction and renovation of mulit-family housing. Coldwater Construction has completed over $40 million in the construction and renovation of over 3,500 apartment units in Ohio and Pennsylvania and is completing a $10 million conversion of the 119 unit Hyde Park Place Condominiums.
